Built to last.
Finished to live in.
A licensed general contractor specializing in remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full home upgrades across the Las Vegas Valley.
Top 1 Construction is a licensed Las Vegas general contractor for remodels, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and framing.
- Nevada license #0095153, classes B2 and C2
- 20+ years of experience
- Serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas
- One year workmanship warranty on every job
We treat every project like a remodel — careful with the small things the next contractor would never notice. Those are the things that fail first.
From a single bathroom to a full second-story addition, every job runs through the same crew, the same standards, and the same project lead from demo to final walk-through.
Licensed, bonded, and insured — B2-C2 in Nevada. We serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and nearby cities.
Nine specialties.
One crew that owns the outcome.
Whole-home remodels
Full renovations that rework the layout, the systems, and the finishes — without rebuilding the foundation.
View service 02Kitchen renovations
Custom cabinets, stone countertops, gas line moves, and structural openings. Built to last, not chase trends.
View service 03Bathroom remodels
Tile-to-ceiling showers, heated floors, freestanding tubs, and the waterproofing that keeps them dry for 20 years.
View service 04Room additions
Primary suites, second stories, ADUs, and bump-outs. Engineered, permitted, framed, and finished by one team.
View service 05Framing and structural
Load-bearing walls, beam swaps, foundation repairs, and rough framing built to engineered drawings.
View service 06Stucco and exteriors
Three-coat stucco, paint, and exterior repairs that hold up to Vegas summers without cracking out in five years.
View service 07Roofing and tile
Shingle and tile re-roofs, full tear-offs, and underlayment replacement. Done right the first time.
View service 08Patios and outdoor
Covered patios, glass folding doors, indoor-outdoor openings, and outdoor kitchens for the way Vegas actually lives.
View service 09General contracting
Have plans and trades already? We supervise the build, pull permits, run the schedule, and own the punch list.

Five stages.
No surprises.
Walk-through and scope
We meet at the property, learn what you actually want, and write the scope down before anyone gets a number.
Estimate and design
Line-item pricing — materials, labor, permits, and allowances. If you need help with design, we bring in plans, renderings, and product picks before we cut anything.
Permits and prep
We pull every permit your city or county requires. Floors get protected, neighbors get warned, and a project lead is assigned for the full build.
Build
Demo, rough, inspections, finish. You get weekly updates, a shared schedule, and direct text access to the lead — not a phone tree.
Punch list and warranty
Final walk-through, punch list closed in writing, and a one-year workmanship warranty on everything we built. We answer the phone after, too.
